Since moving to Texas from New York in November, 2018, Glenda is making her home in Round Rock. She has performed at the Elephant Room with the Austin Jazz Band; The Skylark Lounge and Anderson Mills Pub with the Chris Jones Quartet; the Glenda Davenport Quintet in two concerts at Monks Jazz; Horseshoe Bay Resort with Jacob Wise and at Sammie’s Italian Restaurant in Jacob’s Quartet. Her TRIO performs at Sweet Lemon and with the Chris Jones Trio at Ichiro Asian Bistro and Wine Bar both in Georgetown. She is currently a vocalist with the Austin Jazz Workshop’s Quintet. Glenda has recorded two CD’s entitled “Sophisticated Lady” and “More Than You Know.”
